How Do I Access The Bill Pay Service?
To access the Bill Pay service, you must first sign in to Online Banking
and click on the Bill Pay tab.
If you are currently a Online Banking user, click HERE to sign in now.
If you are not currently a Online Home Banking user, click HERE for instructions
on getting started.

Own Services Must I Have To Enroll In Bill Pay?
You must maintain an All Access Checking/Checking account. Bills
can only be paid from a Checking account. You must also be enrolled
in Online Home Banking.

How Do I Enroll in the Bill Pay Service?
When you sign in to Online Banking, click on the Bill Pay tab. All
of your enrollment information will be sent automatically. You will be directed
to an enrollment page where you must verify your information, enter your birth
date, select a default payment account*, and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
After you click on the Enroll button you will be sent to the Bill Pay home
page
and can begin paying bills.
(*Your All Access Checking/Checking account number is sent in the format that
appears at the bottom of your checks. Each account number will begin with 710130
and end with each individual account’s 6 or 7-digit MICR number.)

How Much Does the Bill Pay Service Cost?
There is no charge for the Online Bill Pay service.

Are There Fees Associated With This Service?
Insufficient Funds (NSF) Fee - $47.00 ($22.00 Online Bill Pay Service Fee,
$25.00 Georgia's Own Credit Union Fee)
Stop Payment Fee - $25.00
Overnight Mailing Fee - $17.50
You should note that you may incur other charges. These include charges for
normal checking account fees and service charges.

What Equipment, Software, And/Or Connections Do I Need To Pay Bills?
The following is a list of system and browsers that are classified as "Certified" and "Supported" for
Bill Pay. While the bill pay application functions properly with other browser
and platform combinations, we recommend those listed below.
Microsoft Windows
• Internet Explorer 6.0 (Windows XP, Windows 2000, & Windows 98)
• AOL 9 (Windows XP)
• Mozilla Firefox 1.5 (Windows XP)
• Mozilla Firefox 1.0.6 (Windows XP)
Macintosh
• Safari 2.0 (OS X 10.4x)
• Safari 1.3 (OS X 10.3x)
• Firefox 1.5 (OS X 10.3x)
Browser Options
JavaScript must be enabled for the application to function properly.
Screen Resolution
• 800 x 600 VGA or 1024 x 768 VGA
• Windows Display Properties Settings should be 96 dpi (Windows default)
• Browser text should be Medium
Blocked Browsers
The following browsers are programmatically blocked from use because the browsers
affect the ability to successfully make a payment:
• Microsoft Windows: Compuserve (Win 98, Win 2000, XP)
• Macintosh: Microsoft IE 5.1.7 (OS X all 10.x)

Is My Account And Payment Information Safe?
Yes, Online Bill Pay uses SSL (secure sockets layer), which ensures that
your connection and information are secure from outside inspection. The system
also uses 128-bit encryption to make your information unreadable as it passes
through the internet.

What If I Have Questions Or Need Help?
If you have questions or need help with using the system (setting up merchants,
paying a bill, starting a payment investigation, etc.) after you are enrolled,
call the Bill Pay Hotline at (888) 908-7496, 24 hours a day,
7 days a week. There is also an extensive help section within the system that
should help answer many
of your questions without making a call.
